today i was flattered to see, upon arriving at the ossington, that there was a "happy birthday luke!" banner hung in my honor behind the bar. in addition to being a really nice gesture, it also gave me the opportunity to pull out the old "
take a look at banner!" line when i pointed it out to friends who had yet to see it.
