I was no April Fool. I was prepared and a little, well, paranoia.
Example: My sister called in the morning and said she was coming back from her boyfriend's house; she asked if I was hungry and would eat bacon and eggs if she made some. I said Obviously, but right before she hung up I asked if it was an April Fools' prank. She, of course, said no. I explained how hilarious and classic it would've been if the joke was that she wasn't coming over and that I'd be waiting pretty much forever to get a bacon and eggs breakfast that would, in reality, never come.
But she came home and made bacon and eggs and it was pretty good.
