today i talked to someone about the bar molly bloom's. however, for the life of her, she could not seem to say the bar's name correctly, repeatedly saying what sounded like "molly booms" even after acknowledging that she always said the name wrong and after i said it correctly more than once. it was an amazing thing to witness.

I went to a bar in Manhattan a few weeks ago called Ulysses. I was with two girls and another guy. I had a Red Sox hat on and the other guy had a Yankees hat on. He was verbally accosted THREE times (by Mets fans) while I didn't hear a single comment all night. The girls were of course constantly hit on by 45-year old men. Nachos were like $14.
