today i brought my christmas gift card to the beer store again after forgetting to use it last time. it was almost a certainty that i would have forgotten to use it again today, if not for the fact that while i was waiting in line to pay i happened to look at a display of available gift cards on the front counter and thought, "oh yeah, i have one of those!"
